Presentation Format

A. Equipment  available:

Equipment for both computer and Vu-graph presentations will be available in
            each conference room.  Specifically, a computer projector, a laptop with CD
            ROM drive, USB port, and memory stick will be available in each room, and
            an overhead projector will also be in the room in case it is needed.  No
            slide projector will be available and if urgently needed, the authors need
            to notify Dr. Iskander ahead of time and possibly one week before the
            conference.

B. Presentation time:

           Each paper is allocated 20 minutes fro both presentation and
           questions.  It is strongly suggested that authors limit their presentation
           time to 15-17 minutes and allow 3-5 minutes for questions.
